Groups & Syllabus
CCTC ARK kids are 80+ in number and divided into groups – Bravehearts (3 – 9 years), Conquerors (9+ to 15 years). Each group has a set syllabus that is adopted from Community Bible Study International (CBSI) and taught by trained ART – All Remarkable Teachers. The ARK Ministry is overseen by 2 able Principals and an administrator. The Principals guide the Teachers to ensure smooth functioning of the Ministry.
Bravehearts have theme-based lessons, each lesson has an AIM, a Bible Story, a Memory Verse, a Life Application, an Activity, and is delivered in a set pattern through songs, actions, stories and activities.
Conquerors have Bible Books’ wise lessons which also have an AIM, a Bible Story, a Memory Verse, a Life Application and an Activity. They have text books with each lesson covering 1 or more chapters of the Book being taught. Conquerors also have activities to complete throughout the week to get a deeper understanding of the chapter, this gives an opportunity for the parents to be involved in the spiritual growth of the child.
Testimonies & Prayer Requests
During the Sunday School, both Bravehearts and Conquerors are encouraged to share their testimonies and also submit prayer requests. Children often share amazing testi
monies that encourage the Teachers too. They are also ever ready to pray for their family and friends, we can often see their love and concern through the prayer requests.
Prayer – By Children and Teachers
Children are encouraged to participate in intercessory prayer where they are taught the importance of prayer, how to pray with the support of the Word of God, and how to make prayer a way of life and totally depend on God.
Believing that Prayer is the foundation of every Ministry, the Principals and Teachers too gather every 4th Saturday and pray for the ARK Ministry and its growth.
Rewards & Recognition
The Church does its part in encouraging the children to adhere to the Values through a Rewards & Recognition Programme that measures punctuality, attendance, completion of homework, academic accomplishments etc.
